Shredding

Groupe Bouffard now offers a new mobile wood shredding service. This equipment acquired in partnership with Récupération de la Péninsule travels directly to industrial sites, landfills, and municipalities in order to shred wood residue destined for cogeneration plants and biomass boilers.

To feed our 900 HP Morbark Tub Gringer 1300 with grapple, we have purchased a John Deere 624-J loader with a specially designed grapple that is suited for this kind of work. We can easily transport our equipment to eco-centers, landfill sites, and all other locations with wood residue (sawmills, construction sites, paper mills, etc.). Wood residue recovery may be our primary goal, but the end result reduces waste in landfills as well.
